Use of the website, Privacy and terms of rental.


The visit and viewing of the website is free.
To make a reservation / booking, you need to register.

Registration and Privacy.
The data you provide provided are only used for booking, maintaining necessary contact, coordinating your visit and keeping track of history of bookings.There is no connection with social media or other databases. There will be no other use. Your data is stored in a secure database. We do not accept any liability for any misuse of your data by third parties who have granted unauthorized access to the database. You can always delete your information from our website. In order to do so, please file a request from your registered email.

Holiday home.
The holiday home is located in Roullens and has the facilities listed on the website. You can request more information by sending an email to Roullens@csactivities.nl.

Reservation / booking.
A reservation will be made once you have submitted your request via the website. You will receive our confirmation notice with further (payment) instructions. The reservation will be finalized once you have paid AND received a confirmation of the reservation.
A reservation can be cancelled by the customer. In case of a finalized reservation he / she will receive a 90% reimbursement unless cancellation takes place less than 30 days before the booking starts. In the latter the customer will receive a reimbursement that equals 25% of the booking price.
The Verhuurder, we can cancel the reservation. If no payment has taken place we can do this without incurring any compensation. If the Verhuurder cancels after payment has been made, the full paid sum is refunded. If this cancellation takes place less than 21 days before the start of the booking, the full paid sum is refunded plus 10% compensation. We, the Verhuurder shall never be liable for any damages or compensation for any reason, unless there is demonstrable gross negligence or intention.
You, customer are responsible for all damage caused by you or accompanying persons except for normal use .
The customer accepts these terms by booking and paying the booking.

These terms of use are governed by Dutch law only.
The Dutch court is exclusively authorized to notify any disputes arising from the rental. The dutch text is decisive.
