Our Cottage!

Situated on 2,000 square meters, our cozy Southern French style holiday home is surrounded by nature and tranquility on the outskirs of the village of Roullens.
Enjoy the nature with a spacious terrace on the South side accompanied by a private outdoor swimming pool (9 by 4 meters) . You will have a wonderful view of the forest area and little meadows
with various fruit trees making it an ideal place to spend a romantic holiday together or fun with the family.

The holiday home comes with three bedrooms, an open kitchen & living room and a bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe, two rooms with a double bed, one room with a bunk bed for 3.
The living room/kitchen area gets a lot of daylight thanks to the three double garden doors, which provide direct access to the terrace.
The living room has a TV corner with DVD player and a cozy lounge with fireplace.
Adjoining the living room there is a new open kitchen and dining area which can comfortably sit six people.
The bathroom is also been freshly renovated and includes an Italian shower as well as a a two-person jacuzzi.

A part of France with a rich history. Make wonderful walks along the Cathar castles.
Visit the medieval city of Carcassonne. This largest medieval city of Europe is a 13 minutes drive from the holiday home. This beautiful city was also a source of inspiration for Walt Disney's Sleeping Beauty.
Do you prefer a day at sea? The Mediterranean Sea is an ideal day trip at approximately one hour driving from the cottage.
This day can easily be combined with a visit to Narbonne, a lively Mediterranean city.
If you prefer to see the mountains, take the car from the cottage and drive South to the Pyrenees.
After about 30 minutes you pass the town of Limoux from which you enter the Pyrenees.
Ax-les-Thermes with its thermal baths, lies within the heart of the Pyrenees. You can extend your journey through the Pyrenees until Andorra, the ministate, (approx 2 to 3 hours drive) which is also a shopping destination.
Plenty of opportunities to be active; hiking, cycling, canoeing ... In winter you will be on the ski slope with a 1.5-hour drive!
Or keep it closer to home and drive (or better bike!) through the vineyards. Just stop at a winery for a tasting and buy a bottle for home.
